Thursday, 30 September, 3 – 4.30 pm - Headache – Vinegar & brown paper: Remember Jack & Jill? 

Come along and let’s rediscover these old home remedies together.  Enjoy a cuppa with two professional Western Medical Herbalists and find out simple ways to keep well as you get older.

Saturday, 9 October, 11 – 12.30 am - Weeds – The chemist on your doorstep. 

Talk by two professional Western Medical Herbalists.Treat yourself naturally – learn how easy it is to look after yourself using herbs – and when you shouldn’t.

Cost for each event: £5 with £2.50 concessions (children under 16 free).

Saturday 27 November, 10 - 4.30 pm - Living Medicine Workshop

 

An opportunity for people to get their hands on herbs and food to transform them into living, useful medicines. We will learn the links between healing plants and the seasons, and find local healing herbs from the Heath to add to our lunch. We will also be making winter cold remedies to take home from our foraged herbs.

 

Cost: £48 (includes organic lunch).
